Mail handling and sortation facilities

Our Mail Sortation Office is designed to operate autonomously as an inbound mail sortation, scan and redistribution centre, or can be used in tandem with our Business Continuity Suite.

The area comprises over 200 columns of mail sortation frames, giving over 1,500 sortation areas as well as letter opening machines and secure card shredding. The room is under 24/7 CCTV surveilence in accordance with APACS Standard 55 and ISO 27001 requirements.

There are 7 PC stations available for customer use along with print, scan, fax and photocopy facilities and telephones for each station. The facility also provides a safe solely for customer use and a goods lift to our Business Continuity Suite.
