Ben Croot, Site Director
Ben is the Site Director at CMCS and brings over 23 years experience.
Starting out with the business on his gap year from Wolverhampton University in 2001, he has held various roles within the business, developing best practise frame works for industry standards to supporting organisational growth through new business. In Ben’s current role, he is responsible for the CMCS facility and implementing Operational Resilience Frameworks across the industry.
“I pride myself on relationships and this has been key to the success of what we have achieved at CMCS. For me it’s about understanding the client and supporting them as much as possible through their journey with the business. To achieve this, having a great team around me makes all the difference.
Outside of work, I like to spend time travelling and the occasional game of golf. I have an amazing wife and 2 children which is something that always keeps me busy.”
