Steve is a Print Operator and Supervisor with a strong background in print production, technical troubleshooting, and operational support. He plays a crucial role in ensuring disaster recovery tests and invocations run smoothly and accurately while maintaining the timely and precise completion of daily business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
With over a decade of experience in production and technical roles, Steve is adept at handling tight deadlines, resolving issues on the fly, and keeping critical processes running when it matters most. His expertise ensures that clients receive reliable and efficient service, no matter the circumstances.
“My job is all about making sure daily operations and disaster recovery tests run smoothly and efficiently. Whether I’m managing high-priority print jobs, troubleshooting technical issues, or keeping everything on track, I help ensure our clients are prepared for any situation.
With years of experience in print and production, I’ve developed a strong ability to problem-solve and maintain efficiency under pressure. I enjoy working with a great team, solving challenges, and ensuring every test is completed accurately and on time. When things don’t go as planned, I focus on finding and implementing the right solutions—quickly and effectively.
Outside of work, I stay active through lots of walking and martial arts, both of which help me stay focused and energised. Whether I’m exploring new trails or training, I enjoy pushing my limits and learning new skills”.
