Silvia de Oliveira, Finishing Supervisor
Silvia is the Finishing Supervisor at CMCS and with over 17 years experience.
With over 17 years of experience within print and mail, Silvia has built a strong foundation within the industry. Starting in 2007 as a machine operator, Silvia has worked her way up to the role of finishing supervisor, picking up a lot of skills (and a lot of coffee), quality control and team leadership along the way.
“In my current role, I oversee the finishing department and ensure that production goals are met with efficiency and high standards of quality. I am committed to maintain a strong work ethic, paying close attention to detail and building a high-energy, team-focused atmosphere to contribute to the success and growth of CMCS.
Outside of work, you’ll find me sipping on a strong cup of coffee, socialising with friends, or immersing myself in art and nature. I enjoy visiting galleries, admiring different styles of creativity, and unwinding with peaceful walks outdoors.”
