His expertise extends to ensuring security best practices, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. With strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail, Terry excels in tackling challenges with precision and creativity.
Beyond his technical expertise, Terry is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture. He serves as a Well-Being Ambassador and Mental Health First Aider, supporting colleagues in maintaining their mental health and well-being.
“I really enjoy working here—the challenges keep me engaged, and there’s always something new to learn. The problem-solving aspect of my role is what drives me, whether it’s in software development, networking, or system administration.
Outside of work, I channel that same creativity and technical curiosity into hobbies like PC gaming, simulators, DIY projects, and photography. I also love getting outdoors for a walk, it’s a great way to reset and find inspiration. Most importantly, I enjoy spending quality time with my partner and our children, which keeps me grounded and reminds me why I work hard every day.”
