Our Workplace Recovery Suite is a 2,800 sq. ft. facility designed to provide comprehensive administrative support during invocations. Paired with our Mail Sortation Office, this suite can also accommodate extensive handwork requirements.

Key Features:

• 40 Workstations: Equipped with PC and scanning areas.
• Mail Sortation: Includes 50 columns of mail sortation frames.
• Adaptable Telephony System
• Network Options:
  • Integration with the CMCS network for shared server access.
  • Optional patching into Customer servers (onsite or remote) for complete system virtualisation.

For enhanced security and autonomy, the suite has dedicated toilet and kitchen facilities, allowing isolation from the rest of the building during operations.

Invocation Room

In emergencies, your production team needs a central hub to coordinate critical business functions.

Our Invocation Room is the ideal space for managing production. It includes:

• Presentation facilities.
• Hot and cold drinks dispensers.
• Network points for equipment connectivity.
• Dedicated phone lines with direct dial numbers.

This “War Room” is available for scheduled production exercises or full-scale invocations. Located adjacent to the print and mail environment, it ensures you can oversee operations, meet SLA requirements, and deliver jobs on time.
