Printing is only half of the process your work undertakes before it reaches your customers, requiring finishing and enclosing before it can be posted. We have a wide range of mail facilities available to suit your exact requirements with the capability to produce approximately 2 million envelopes per day.
Automated Enclosing
For the majority of mail automated enclosing is essential due to the high-volumes and short turn-around times required. In addition, critical information for your customers can be included using the wide-ranging additional insert capabilities of the machinery.
Our inserters will collate your documents prior to enclosing and are capable of handling envelopes from C6 to C4. Any over-sized items will be handled by our dedicated hand enclosing facility.
All of our equipment is supplied by Kern and Bluecrest previously Pitney Bowes DMT, the world’s leading manufacturers of production mail equipment. This gives us the ability to replicate your own enclosing environment.

Kern / BlueCrest
We have a range of machines from both Kern and Blue Crest with different options for feeding and scanning work as required, including our FPS with support for up to 12 inserts. The inserters are all maintained by our on-site Kern and Blue Crest engineers.

We don’t just put your mail into envelopes – we have a wide range of options available for finishing your printed documents to ensure that the end product is exactly as you require it.

Our Booklet Makers complete the process of document production, as printed and collated folios are automatically trimmed, cut and bound into books at high-speed.
Merger Guillotine
Our high-performance Merger Guillotines can be used to centre split stationery, merge forms and cut continuous output into single sheets ready for further processing.
Power Guillotine
The Power Guillotine machinery we have provides us with the standard industry abilities of cutting and trimming printed output.
Pressure Sealer
Pressure Seal machines are ideal for applications such as payslips, P60’s, PIN numbers, membership cards and print to mail letters. Our pressure sealing machines allow us to offer our customers the high level of reliability demanded by many of these mission critical applications.
Stitcher
At CMCS our stichers give us the ability to bind various types of output such as pads, chequebooks, and business forms, with support for both saddle and side stitching.
